The National Oceanic Resource Management Authority (NORMA) is pleased to announce the appointment of Ms. Camille Inatio as its new Executive Director, effective January 23, 2026.
This appointment marks a significant and exciting milestone for NORMA. After an extended period, the Authority is pleased to welcome new leadership that brings both experience and a deep understanding of NORMA’s mission to sustainably manage and maximize the value of the Federated States of Micronesia’s oceanic resources for the benefit of its people.

Ms. Inatio is no stranger to NORMA, having previously served as a Fisheries Economist with the Authority. Her return to NORMA in this leadership role reflects a strong vote of confidence in her knowledge of fisheries economics, policy, and the unique oceanic resource management framework of the FSM.
The NORMA Board of Directors is enthusiastic about this new chapter and confident that Mrs. Inatio’s leadership will further strengthen the Authority’s work, enhance institutional capacity, and support the continued advancement of sustainable and economically sound fisheries management.
NORMA extends its warm congratulations to Ms. Inatio and looks forward to the positive impact of her leadership as she assumes this important role.
