Following the issuance of the Request for Quotations (RFQ) for the Construction of the NORMA Satellite Office in Kosrae State under the World Bank-funded FSM PROPER Project, the FSM National Oceanic Resource Management Authority (NORMA) hereby formally invites all interested and eligible bidders to participate in the upcoming Pre-Bid Meeting and Site Visit.

From June 23 – July 9, 2026, environmental officers in Pohnpei earned their scuba certifications through a specialized dive training course — gaining the skills to conduct underwater ecological surveys, track coral reef health, and monitor our coastal resources.
